Lingerie Blogs I Love & Where I Fit In.

Over time I question what I am contributing and if it doesn’t seem aligned or authentic than I step away until I do… now this has happened a few times over my time in blogging. I assume it happens to everyone…?

Something that I have grown to understand is in my uniqueness my superpower if you will, is the ability to take the much bigger picture and implement it into everyday life, practical solutions and outcomes that serve a much greater good.

As I question what I contribute to lingerie blogging all the way from little old Oz, being so remote and let’s face it… Australia women just don’t view lingerie like they do in the USA or UK.

But slowly slowly we are seeing a movement and granted it’s taken a while, a lot of passion and persistence, sweat and tears we are getting there. It’s been nice to watch new lingerie blogs immerge from Australia because it was very lonely for a long time.

Once we branch out and look at the vast array of lingerie blogs globally you get a real sense of the bigger mission and love we have towards lingerie and why.

Our blogs are as diverse as the lingerie available and today I want to explore that and share with you some articles I love from other lingerie blogs.

george from fuller bust

Now George is a plus size blogger from the UK and she is a positive role model for women to embrace who they are, as they are. Here is an amazing guest post on her blog where Rachael shares her story with eating disorders and life on the other side. It really is a touching story.

cherly INYC

You know I always bang on about how the breast shape is just as important as your bra size? Well Cheryl from Invest in your chest has a great image so you can find your breast shape. Love it!

Gender equality, stopping violence against women, understanding the feminine and masculine energies and your emotional guidance system are hot topics for me, and ones that I am extremely passionate about.  Here is a post about Caitlin Moran about “How to be woman” that I read on Sweet Nothings. It’s super cool and it tackles all the issues women have.

holly jackson

Holly from The Full Figured Chest is a gifted writer with a love for lingerie and I have just read an amazing post she wrote on The Lingerie Addict about the dark side of body positive and body snark within the lingerie blogging community. She touches on some valid points and makes you question yourself on congruency.

Embrace your uniqueness, speak your truth and shine!
